In under a week I went from a level 111 worgen to a level 120 night elf with heroic raid-ready gear. Been doing lots of mythics and mythic pluses with the guild and with friends, island expetitions and world quests. I also changed my name from Canistra to Solena. Named after one of the witches in Waycrest. I thought that name would fit a balance druid who uses sun and star magic (yeah, I know that the sun is a star).
So why on earth did I change to night elf? The answer to that is easy: the racial traits. Shadowmeld is just too good to skip. Even though I think worgens are much cooler than elves, I decided to switch. It is super useful in m+ and in open world when questing.
I did the Tyrande Night warrior questline, and it was nice to be able to be a bit more connected to the night elves. I need to feel a bit connected to the characters I play. And the night warrior skin is cool.
